本项目以四川省内高校为研究对象，结合大数据时代新特点，探索大数据驱动下的高校知识产权运营新模式，形成了《大数据驱动下的高校知识产权运营理论与实践研究报告》。项目首先通过深入研究大数据与知识产权运营理论的内在逻辑联系，为高校知识产权运营实践提供了有力的理论指导和支撑。其次，通过调研了解四川省内主要高校知识产权运营现状，找出省内高校知识产权运营存在的主要问题，分析原因。最后，深入研究国内外高校知识产权运营的主要模式，总结其优点及不足，结合我省高校实际情况，探索大数据时代背景下四川省高校知识产权运营新模式。
