四川省成都中医药大学委托力久团队围绕中医药大健康产业进行专利情报调研，明晰我国专利总体布局情况。调研内容包括：1）政策法规：检索筛选中医药大健康产业上、中、下游六大领域相关政策；2）产业市场调研：调研内容包括六大领域产业链构成、市场规模、政策环境、发展趋势以及写作平台；3）全球专利文献：检索到全球中医药大健康专利共计89692件；其中，中国74117件，韩国3865件，日本2276件，美国2090件等；并对以上专利进行宏观以及中观分析。
本项目研究内容主要包括中医药大健康产业发展现状分析、专利信息分析、产业发展路径分析、产业发展战略建议等。基于对四川省中医药大健康产业的发展现状及其存在的问题，进行专利信息深度分析，在深度融合产业与专利技术信息的基础上，开展四川省中医药大健康产业的发展路径研究，探索四川省产业技术特点及发展驱动因素，为四川省中医药大健康产业的技术升级发展提出规划性的建议。
