力久团队受“万贯”文字商标及图形商标权利人成都万贯实业集团有限公司的委托，代理其诉绵阳万贯实业有限公司商标侵权及不正当竞争纠纷一案。
本案中，绵阳万贯公司在经营过程中使用“万贯”文字及图案的行为与将“万贯”文字商标作为企业字号在与成都万贯公司经营的同类服务商品上使用的行为，侵害了成都万贯公司的注册商标使用权；同时，因成都万贯集团及控股的子公司一直使用“万贯”作为公司字号，在四川其他地区具有较高的知名度，绵阳万贯公司的行为容易使相关公众误认为绵阳万贯公司提供的服务与成都万贯公司存在关联关系，该行为构成不正当竞争。
本案经一审法院审理，判决被告绵阳万贯公司赔偿原告成都万贯公司经济损失及合理费用开支共计15万元；二审中，原被告双方达成和解。
