2019年7月，力久团队接受成都某机械工程有限公司（以下简称机械公司）委托，代理其诉四川某起重机有限公司（以下简称某起重机公司）侵害实用新型专利权纠纷案。本案自一审法院立案至做出判决历时一年之余，诉讼过程中，某起重机公司就涉案专利提起无效宣告请求，核心理由在于专利存在不清楚、公开不充分等问题。力久团队对此积极搜集公知常识证据、查找案例，进行充分解释，全力应对，最终，国家知识产权局于2020年12月做出涉案专利维持有效的决定。
在无效决定对涉案专利权利要求进行明确的情况下，一审法院经过两次庭审，对机械公司的诉讼请求表示支持，判决某起重机公司停止侵权行为的同时，依据当时有效的专利法法定最高赔偿金额判决某起重机公司赔偿畅越公司经济损失100万元，并全额支持了原告机械公司要求某起重机公司赔偿合理开支4万元的诉讼请求。二审维持一审判决。
